Partnership Program
The 50/50 Partnership program is a unique program that was created for new real estate investors. If you want to be a bird dog and find great deals and need a partner then you can partner with us on your deals and we will find you buyers. We will fund your deals and find you a buyer for your deals and will handle all of the details of the closing. All profits are split 50/50 net of funding and closing closts. For more information click on the “Partnership Program” tab at the top of this page. All members of the partnership program receive a ticket to attend the Distressed Real Estate Boot Camp.”
Distressed Real Estate Boot Camp
The Distressed Real Estate Boot Camp is held a few times a year at various locations in South Florida. The 3 day boot camp features Lex Levinrad as your instructor teaching you how to find foreclosures, short sales and bank owned properties. The boot camp features 2 1/2 days of class room instruction along with a 1/2 day Distressed Real Estate Bus Trip visiting bank owned properties. Private Mentoring Program
The Private Mentoring Program is a 16 week program with hands on training with Lex or one of the Distressed Real Estate Institute coaches. There is no other program like this in the entire country and the Private Mentoring Program has a 100% success rate.
