Can you explain the Partnership Program and how it works?
The partnership program is available to all graduates of the Online Mentoring, Private Mentoring, and Platinum Inner Circle . We teach you how to find wholesale deals at 65% or less of after repair value. Then we help you sell your deal to an end buyer by walking you through the entire process. We can even help you find and end buyer and coordinate the double closing for you. And if you need us to fund your deal we can provide you with transactional funding. All profits are split 50/50 net of closing costs and transactional funding fees.
How does the transactional funding program work?
We can fund your purchase on an A to B closing with transactional funding for a fee of 2% of the purchase price and a processing fee of $495. There is a minimum transactional funding fee of $1,250. In order for us to fund your deal you need to have your B to C closing at one of our approved title companies. Can I use any title company for my real estate closing?
You can use the seller’s or the banks title company for the A to B closing although it is easier if you use our approved title company for both double closings. Do you offer transactional funding in all 52 states?
Currently we are only providing funding for double closings in the State of Florida. Outside the State Of Florida we have an extensinve network of transactional funding companies to fund deals in any other state.
