He then joined our Group Mentoring and Coaching Program (Inner Circle), where he received step-by-step guidance from me and training through the entire wholesaling process from A to Z.

He learned how to find deals from the training and I provided him with transactional funding and even located the cash buyers for his deals. We were there to guide him every step of the way. His goal was to quit his job. Since joining the program, he has been able to leave his job and become a full-time real estate wholesaler.

He now teaches others how to wholesale.
