Yellow Letter

If you are thinking about doing a direct mail campaign then you have probably heard about the yellow letter.

The yellow letter was invented back in the 80’s by a real estate investor named John. His original yellow letter was a yellow notepad where he left a handwritten note on the door of vacant properties and properties that appeared abandoned or in some type of distress.

He noticed that his response rate was phenomenal. And so the yellow letter was born. Today there are many companies offering yellow letters to investors. The price goes down the more letters you mail. You can also create your own yellow letters.
