The 50/50 Partnership Program was designed to help you get started as a real estate investor. We can fund your purchase on an A to B closing with transactional funding for a fee of 2% of the purchase price and a processing fee of $495. There is a minimum transactional funding fee of $1,250. CAN I USE ANY TITLE COMPANY FOR MY REAL ESTATE CLOSING?
You can use the seller's or the banks title company for the A to B closing although it is easier if you use our approved title company for both double closings. However you must use one of our approved title companies for the B to C Closing.
DO YOU OFFER TRANSACTIONAL FUNDING IN ALL 52 STATES?
Currently we are only providing transactional funding for double closings in the State of Florida and only for deals where we have a beneficial interest in the deal (like with our students). All deals outside of the State of Florida are funded using a third party transactional funding company. We do not offer transactional funding to anyone if we do not have a beneficial interest in the property.
