Our real estate training program has been teaching new investors how to get started investing in real estate since 2008. Our training has been refined and developed by Lex over the past 17 years of teaching our students how to invest in real estate. Lex personally teaches his hands on method of investing in real estate at all of our training programs and boot camps.

Over 7,000 students have completed the Lex Levinrad Real Estate Training Program which is designed to guide our students through an entire year of training and learning about every aspect of investing in real estate. Our boot camps are held in South Florida. If you are located in another State, or do not want to travel, our boot camps are also broadcast live on Zoom, so you can watch the entire boot camp from home if you are not able to physically attend the live boot camp training events or if you are out of State or not in the U.S.

COACHING WITH LEX LEVINRAD

Our coaching students all have access to the Lex Levinrad Real Estate Training Program mentioned above. They also also have access to 4 additional Advanced Inner Circle Coaching Events per year which are exclusive and private and only for our coaching students. This is where Lex shows you the inside workings of his business model, and shares his CRM, his leads and properties that he is buying and selling. He shows you by sharing his screen all of the software and systems that he uses to generate motivated seller leads, how to build the motivated seller websites, how to implement the software, phone systems, and call tracking, and how to measure and manage the Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s) as well as how to manage lead managers, acquisitions managers and dispositions managers.

In the Lex Levinrad Real Estate Coaching Program you will learn how to build a real estate business that buys and flips properties every day, and how to eventually create a real estate business that could replace your job. This is a good fit for you if you are serious about being a full time real estate investor and are willing to commit the time and the money to invest in our Coaching Program.
