In this video, I am in Palm Bay, Florida, with my students, Manny and Hailey, at what is now their third property

What makes Manny and Hailey’s story so inspiring is their journey. They recently came to the United States from Spain, and now they’re already working on their third property, which is going to be an Airbnb.

Their first house was a wholesale flip. That was purchased in August of last year. Their second house was a purchase and a buy and hold, which was purchased in December of last year (and also became their primary residence). And now this third house, which was just purchased, is going to be their first Airbnb.

That’s three houses purchased in just 9 months. And all of these houses were purchased with private lender funds. In fact, house number two was purchased with no money down! 

That kind of momentum doesn’t happen by accident. It comes from learning, taking action, and staying consistent and persistent. Manny and Hailey have attended every single training boot camp since signing up for my real estate training program. They have diligently applied the principles and systems that I have taught them, and their tenacity and persistence is now paying off with more deals, more deal flow, and more potential profit.

When we reviewed this house and started talking about potential profit numbers as an Airbnb, the projections were promising. According to Airdna, this property could generate somewhere between $50,000 and $60,000 annually. But after reviewing the property with our in-house Airbnb Coach Andy, who assists our students with Airbnb’s, we believe it has the potential to bring in as much as $100,000 a year in gross income

So, to be conservative, we set a target goal of $80,000 in annual income. Think about that $80,000 annual income for a second. That’s an income level many people do not earn working at a full time job. And this $80,000 income is from just one Airbnb property (without a job). Imagine owning 5 or 10 Airbnb’s like this. 

How much income you earn, how much money you have in your bank account, your net worth, and your wealth are entirely dependent on you

We have one student who is earning one million dollars a year from Airbnb. That student is now our Airbnb coach. I encourage you to come to one of my training events and to see with your own eyes how much money some of my students are making. 

The key thing is for you to have the ability to be open to expanding your mind on how you think about money and making money. There are ways of making money that do not include going to work every day.
