Thank you for your interest in the Lex Levinrad Real Estate Training Program. My training program is an intensive 12 month immersion into learning about all aspects of investing in real estate. During those 12 months, you will be able to attend 6 different live 3 day training events (boot camps) with me, and I will teach you every aspect of real estate investing including:

I will teach you what you need to know in order for you to become a successful real estate investor. The only thing that you will need to do is be present and attend our real estate training events (live or via Zoom), be coachable, be willing to listen and to learn, and to follow our instruction and guidance.

Students in my training program have access to 6 different live 3 day training boot camp events per year. These 3 day live training events are all taught personally by me live to you over three days (Friday Saturday and Sunday). There are no outside speakers like the other real estate training programs. You get me with you live for 3 days, personally teaching you what you need to know to become a successful real estate investor.
These 3 day live training events with me are also broadcast live on Zoom, so you can watch the entire boot camp from home if you are not able to physically attend the live boot camp training events or if you are out of State or not in the U.S.

Many of the boot camps above include a Bus Trip including the Bank Owned Properties Bus Trip, the Home Depot Bus Trip, The Airbnb & Short Term Rentals Bus Trip and the Buying Rental Properties Bus Trip.
In addition to access to all of our boot camps and bus trips listed above, as a student you will also receive access to our Real Estate Bird Dog Training Program as well as access to our Partnership Program which gives you the ability to be a deal finder (bird dog) and to locate deals for our investors. We will fund these deals for you and we can also partner with you on flips, and we can market your deals to our cash buyers and give you access to our Dispositions Department to help you with your deals.
As a student in our program you will also get access to our Proof of Funds Letter Site which gives you proof of funds letters. You will also get access to my online training site (Lex Real Estate Training), and receive a Home Study Course “Millions in Real Estate with No Cash and No Credit“, as well as a 6 Disc Audio CD Set,and a copy of the book Wholesaling Bank Owned Properties.
You also get access to our Comparable Sales Site, Our Direct Mail Site (Lex Direct Mail) Our Wholesaling, and Purchase Contract Sites, and our Land Trust and Assignment Web Sites.
All students have unlimited access to our Student Support Desk, as well as access to our private Student Only Facebook Group.
You will also have access to our online training site (www.lexrealestatetraining.com) and on this site you will have all the books, PDF’s, forms, training videos, contracts, spreadsheets, scripts and materials that are necessary for you to learn and implement our training.

This is the most intensive, advanced real estate training program out there (and also the best).
The Price to join my Real Estate Training Program is currently only $5,000. We offer interest free financing if you need to break this out into payments. The price for our training has been increasing every year because of increased demand for our real estate training program. As more students join our program, we are required to support more students which is why we have to increase prices. If you want to attend any of my boot camps please note that they are almost always SOLD OUT weeks in advance of the boot camp. So if you are sitting on the fence about joining my program, call my office and sign up before we have another price increase.
As long as you are a current student in our training program and you continue to be in our real estate training program you will have unlimited access to all 6 of our boot camps, as well as unlimited access to our Online Training Site (Lex Real Estate Training). You will also have unlimited access to the Proof of Funds Letter Site, The Student Support Desk, The Real Estate Bird Dog Training and Partnership Program, Our Student Only Facebook Group, Access to Our Comparable Sales Site Our Purchase Contract Sites, and the Partnership Program.
You can attend the Boot Camps live, or you can watch the Live Stream on Zoom of the entire boot camp.
I recommend you attend live if you can, especially during the first 12 months of your training.
If you are out of State or outside of the U.S then the Zoom is a great option for you.

COACHING WITH LEX LEVINRAD
In addition to everything mentioned above, Our coaching students also have access to 4 additional Advanced Inner Circle Coaching Events per year (which are recorded and saved on the online training site). That’s a total of 10 live training events per year for our coaching students. In addition to the live training events (Boot Camps and Inner Circles), our coaching students get coaching calls direct with Lex twice per month (calls are recorded and saved on our training site).
Our Private Coaching Students get one on one coaching with Lex and have complete access to Lex and get his email address and his personal cell phone # as well. Lex personally lends his own money to coaching students (if it’s a good deal for you to be buying). This helps our students run their deals by Lex to make sure it’s a good deal and also helps them to fund their first fix and flip, their first rental, or their first wholesale flip. If you are serious about buying your first rental property, wholesaling your first house, or buying your first fix and flip or Airbnb then working with Lex in our coaching program is a game changer and a no brainer.
Lex considers our coaching program to be the best real estate training program in the country. However, our coaching program is not a good fit for everyone. It may be outside of your budget., Our coaching is an intensive training program which is only a good fit for those students that are seriously committed to learning how to invest in real estate.
