This is the Registration Page where you will see the User Login box. If this is your first time visiting the site you must first click on the “Register Here” button and register before you can use the site.
Once you have clicked on the “Register here” link, you will be taken to the Account Registration page. When you are registering for the first time, please be sure to use your full legal name, as this is the name that will be on your Proof of Funds Letter. If your legal name is different to the nick name that you used when you registered then please let us know by emailing [email protected] Please register with your legal name as it appears on your driver’s license. When you register for the first time you will be required to choose an email address and password. Please make note of the email address and password that you used to register since you will need to have that information in order to login to the site.
Please note that you will need to sign and agree to the terms of service before you can use the Proof of Funds Letter site. Also please note that the approval process is overseen by an account administrator and will take 24 to 48 hours to approve.
Click on the “Register Now” button and complete the information. Please make note of the email address that you used to register and please make note of your password. You will need this information to log in to the site once your registration has been approved. If you lose this information you will be required to register with another email address so please make note of your email address and password that you used to register.
Verify your email address by clicking on the link in the email that is sent to you (check your spam and junk folders. In Gmail check your promotions tab). Please note that we cannot approve your registration until you verify your email address so if you do not verify your email then your registration will not be approved. You should receive the verification email within a few minutes of registration. Please check your spam folder (or promotions tab in Gmail) if you do not immediately see the confirm email within a few minutes of registering.
Allow 24-48 hours for your Proof of Funds Letter application to be approved. Remember that we need a signed Terms of Service and for you to verify your email address in order to approve your application. If you have not already signed your Terms of Service Agreement electronically then please email [email protected] and a new agreement will be sent to you to sign.
Once you have been approved by our administrator, you will receive an email notifying you that you have been approved for the Proof Of Funds Letter Site.
You can login to the site using the same email address and password that you registered with. If you cannot remember your password, use the “forgot password?” button on the Homepage. You cannot register more than once with the same email address so please remember your password or you will need to register again with a different email address.
Please note that this website enables you to create a proof of funds letter for each property with the property address and the amount of your offer for each property. You should create a new proof of funds letter for each property that you are making an offer on with the amount of your offer. Remember the Proof Of Funds Letter site should be registered to your own personal name not a company name.
