The stainless steel appliance packages that we use in our rehabs typically cost anywhere from $1,800 to $2,000. One of the deciding factors on price is whether or not you get double doors on the refrigerator and a water and ice maker. I recommend that you do since it’s only around $150-$200 more and it looks much nicer. We get these delivered to the house and they install the stove and refrigerator but you will need to install the microwave, hook up the water lines for the refrigerator and install the dishwasher. We give the company that delivers the appliances the lock box code for the house and we pay our guys $200 to install all of the appliances and hook everything up. Make sure you change the lock box code after delivery, or if you can, have your installation guy at the house to receive the delivery.
