What Are You Doing To Get Real Estate Leads?

What is the one thing that every business needs?

The answer is that every business needs LEADS

And the more leads you have the better your business is doing.

If you don’t have any leads then your business is slowly dying or soon will be.

Regardless of what business you are in you need more customers. And in order to get customers you have to have leads. It doesn’t matter if you are a plumber, an electrician, a mortgage broker, a wholesaler or a real estate agent. As a business owner you need leads. You need to turn prospective leads into customers. And you can’t get new customers if you don’t have new leads.

If you think about it it’s pretty obvious really. All business need customers. And the more leads you have the more customers you have. And the more customers you have the more money you will make.

So when I sit down with my coaching students and real estate agents that come to me for advice the first question I ask them is this:

“What are you doing to get real estate leads

The response that I get is usually either a blank stare or a feeble acknowledgement that they should be marketing themselves more.

So let me ask you this.

Is your business a business?

Or is your business a hobby?

Do you rely on your business to pay the bills and create income and cash flow for you and your family?

If the answer is yes then remember that leads turn into prospects and prospects turn into customers.

So if you want to make more money then you need to get more leads.

So, my question to you is this:
